Woodrow Howard - Owner

But they call me Woody, I grew up farming, worked fast food in high school then a courier service just out of high school at the same time I was an apprentice technician at multiple different dealerships and mechanic shops I considered that my college!! By the time I was 22 years old I was an ASE master certified technician and making a decent living, but I wanted more. I didn’t always agree with the decisions that my employer made and felt that I could do things better. This industry is the only one I know, I’m on my 22nd year in the business and 14th year in business for my self, I’ve attracted an awesome clientele, hard working dedicated staff and as of first of 2019 even a little curb appeal out front.

I’ve spent countless hours building this business with the help of many, my beautiful fiancé Shawnna gets most credit for all her hard work! She runs the books and keeps me organized.

I’m the proud father of 4 beautiful children, Abigail, Chase, Alison, And Jaxx. They keep us busy and make everything worth it!!

Marcus Shuler -Foreman

I’m a Louisville native, graduate of Eastern High School, I immediately went into the automotive field after high school via the T-TEN program at Jefferson Community and Technical College. During the two year program I began my career at Land Rover and Jaguar of Louisville. I stayed with the company for a total of three years and became a silver certified Jaguar/ Land Rover technician. I moved to Tire Discounters on Dixie Highway after leaving Bluegrass Automotive. I stayed with Tire Discounters for a year before hearing about Woody and his shop.

I’ve been at Simpsonville Automotive since 2017 and loving it! When I’m not on the clock fixing a customer’s car, you can typically still find me at the shop working on my project cars.

Aside from my tinkering cars, I’m typically working on my house or meeting some friends for a beer! If you need someone to fix your car, or just talk about it with you, I would be more than happy to see you at our shop!

Mike - Service Advisor

I have spent most of my working life in the customer service industry. With close to 10 years being in the automotive industry . I have been a technician/ a service writer, assistant manager, all the way up to Service Center Manager. I have always trusted Simpsonville Automotive’s advice and repairs to my vehicle. I finally took the plunge and began working here after 6 years of being a customer.

Outside of work, I have 3 children, (currently) with my wife and I being foster parents there is always room for more little hands and feet in our home. I enjoy sports whether that is watching or playing them. 

It is an honor to be part of this team and I hope to be here forever!
